Capital O 1748 Thamrin Condotel - Jakarta

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect for shopping, as it is near the city center and close to various malls. The staff provides excellent service and is always helpful. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient and are regularly replenished. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and offers a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff and the convenient location near shopping malls.

Very poor room service.untrained staff.Poor communication. Free parking mentioned in Booked.net but we were charged Rp.32000 While going out.Why does Booked.net promote such lousy hotels on your Reputed booking web site? Pl inform the management of the hotel.

Located within a walk to Waduk Melati, which is about 200 metres away. Approximately 5 min walk to metro station.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to the city center and shopping malls. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

There was one small aspect that could be improved upon.

Swimming pool was grand. The location was alright, walking distance to Thamrin City + Grand Plaza. 5mins ride to Tanah Abang- Lots of wholesale.

We traveled with 16 pax, We took 5 rooms, with windows or "lake view"- more like road/sewage view. Only 1 out of 5 was perfect. Problems we faced. Toilet floods in to the room. Refused to change room because they claimed they are full-house. Even after explaining that we dont mind a downgrade to no window room. Most of the room air-con wasn't blasting strong. They seriously need to service their air-condition. The design of the room was weird, Toilet on a higher step and with glass door. -_-" And even with signs of "no smoking" and cameras everywhere- people/ other room stayers still smokes in the common area and nothing was done after complaining every morning. Mosquito repellent is a must to bring along.Would not recommended for family with children.

Its quiet & peaceful inside and have a new brand look. Clean ambience and surrounding.

There seems to be no signboard outside the Condotel displaying words like thamrin condotel which makes taxi driver and my friends who are not familiar with this areas find it difficult to locate as the location is behind Grand Indonesia Plaza. Also there is no proper signage that leads to the condotel. Being first time check into ur hotel, we have a hard time looking for the location, people only know the name thamrin residence & apartment , thamrin condotel is unknown to everyone we asked.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location is amazing, with shopping malls and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely pools and spa that we were able to use. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. we found it very easy to find taxis in this area, making transportation convenient.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location is good. Bus station and shopping centre are nearby.

Most of the rooms are without window. You feel like being in ship cabin. If you want a room with window, they require additional payment. A room with window has bathroom in the balcony, therefore the mosquitoes are boring you all the night. The breakfast is not good.

Located in the downtown area, adjacent to large shopping centers, to the railway station is reachable within 10 minutes.

Room not cleaned, most of the rooms has no windows - it's just a box with a shower. Value for money is not in favor of the hotel.

Great location for exploring the city with easy access to shopping and dining. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the view from the rooms was stunning, offering a great view of the city. the breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. it was a pleasant stay and a good value for money.

The Wi-Fi connection was not strong enough and made it difficult to connect at times. the room was a bit noisy with some street noise which could be heard at night.

Convenience and near shopping malls and city centre.

Should improve on the daily breakfast....should have fruits or juice or eggs. Some don't eat chicken.

Had a great New Year's stay! Loved the convenient location near the business area and shopping malls. Super easy to find taxis. , loved the friendly staff, especially the helpful duty manager. The hotel had a pool and a spa, which was a nice bonus for relaxation.

There were a few drawbacks. The room itself was quite narrow.

The rooftop swimmingpool is nice. Central location near the Grand Indonesia shoppingmall.

The standard rooms have no windows. The rooms are poorly cleaned. Hotelstaff doesn't speak English well and wasn't very helpfull.
